With a tare weight of 24.5 kilograms and a maximum load capacity of 45 kilograms, the assembly stand is suitable for both specialist dealers and ambitious hobby mechanics who regularly work on e-bikes and heavy bicycles. The Pro E Lift has an electric lifting device that is operated by foot switch. The lowest clamping height is 91 centimetres, the highest 185 centimetres. This means that all wheel types can be lifted to an ergonomic working height. To make it easier to clamp the wheels, the mounting stand has flat support legs that rest on the floor so that the wheels can be rolled under the mounting arm without any obstacles.
The patented Speed Ratchet clamp from Feedback Sports is used to securely fasten the bikes. This enables the well-known and proven quick opening and closing of the clamp. The clamp jaws are equipped with a rotary knob and anodised aluminium quick-release buttons. Despite the robust design for heavy bikes, the Pro E Lift is still comparatively light and compact at 24.5 kilograms. The ability to tilt and roll the assembly stand makes it easy to manoeuvre in the workshop. According to Feedback Sports, the electric drive works quietly and has integrated collision detection as a safety feature.
Compared to the manual Feedback Sports Heavy Duty mounting stand Without an electric lifting device, the Pro E Lift offers a number of advantages, especially for users with many heavy e-bikes or physical limitations. The electric drive makes it much easier to lift heavy bikes. However, at a price of €1,350, the Pro E Lift is also considerably more expensive than manual models. The Heavy Duty assembly stand, on the other hand, is better suited for hobby riders without special requirements. With a price of just under 500 euros, it is cheaper to buy and, with its lower weight of just eight kilos, is also more mobile. The manual version should therefore be sufficient for most home users, unless very heavy e-bikes need to be serviced regularly.
The Feedback Sports Pro E Lift will be available from specialist retailers from May 2025 at a recommended retail price of €1,350. With its dimensions and weight of 24.5 kilograms, it is suitable for both professional workshops and home use, according to the manufacturer. The maximum load capacity is 45 kilograms, which is sufficient for most e-bikes and heavy bikes. With features such as the roll-in mounting option, electric lifting and the stable work platform, the Pro E Lift is designed to increase efficiency during repairs and maintenance. The Speed Ratchet clamp also enables quick adjustment to different bike sizes and types. Feedback Sports is thus addressing the growing demand for specialised assembly stands for the booming e-bike market.
