Torque spanner from Feedback Sports: The new Range Click Torque Wrench

The new torque spanner from Feedback Sports comes in the familiar design of the US brand: red aluminium meets silver steel. This gives it a high-quality and very durable look. The tool should also impress with its robust, tactile click-torque function, a large measuring range, user-friendly ergonomics and workshop-standard workmanship and replace its predecessor model.

The name of the new torque spanner "Range Click Torque Wrench" comes from its mechanism: Click torque tools are mechanically self-triggering torque spanners. This means that you can set the desired default value when tightening and this is not exceeded with a small tolerance. The Feedback Sports Wrench has an adjustment range between 2 and 14 Nm and therefore covers the usual torques on a bicycle.

The new tool also comes with matching accessories: the 13 hex, Torx and extension bits made from S2 tool steel can be used to tighten the different sized bolts on the bike. In the compact and weatherproof TPU folding bag, the torque spanner is a suitable companion for travelling. However, €135 for the set is a little high at first glance - but it's still worth it. when there are also small torque spanners from Birzman or Lezyne for half the price.

The most important details about the torque spanner

• The set contains a click-torque ratchet handle, 13 hex, Torx and extension bits made from S2 tool steel and a TPU protective cover with loops to secure the tool
• 13 bits: Hex: 2; 2.5; 3; 4; 5; 6; 8 mm (standard length: 25 mm) - Torx: T10, T25, T30 (standard length: 25 mm) - Extension bits: Hex 4.5 mm; Torx T25 (extended length: 50 mm)
• Torque measurement from 2 - 14 Nm, adjustable in 0.17 Nm increments, scale in 1 Nm increments
• The display scale on both sides makes it easier to operate with both hands
• The accuracy of the torque measurement should be between +/- 4% for 4000 cycles
• The handle of the torque spanner is equipped with a magnetic ratchet with 72 teeth. It has a two-sided torque setting window and bi-directional torque measurement, which is suitable for right-hand and left-hand threaded bolts.
• The handle and head of the Range Click Torque Wrench are plastic-free.
• Tool roll is free from perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals (PFAS)
