KTM MACINA STYLE 630

The "MACINA STYLE 630" model from KTM, released in 2020, combines modern technology and high-quality components to create a high-performance e-bike that is suitable for both everyday use and long rides. The bike’s frame is made from Macina Trekking Onroad Alloy 6061, which is renowned for its robustness and durability. The integrated Bosch PowerTube battery, with a capacity of 625 Wh, combined with the fourth-generation Bosch PERFORMANCE CX motor, provides powerful assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h and a torque of 75 Nm.

Safety and control are ensured by the Shimano MT420 4-piston brakes, which allow for precise modulation thanks to their 3-finger brake levers. The bike is fitted with the Shimano Deore M6000-10 GS shadow+ groupset, which, in combination with the Shimano Deore T6000-10 shifters, offers precise and reliable gear changes. The Suntour NCX-D coil LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, contributes to a comfortable ride by effectively absorbing bumps on the trail.

The MACINA STYLE 630’s lighting comprises the B&M Lumotec MYC LED front light, with a light output of 5 lux, and the B&M Toplight View LED rear light, which ensure good visibility in the dark. The non-slip Trekk VP-616 pedals ensure a secure grip in all weather conditions.

Power is delivered via the Shimano E6090-10 e-bike crankset, whilst the KTM COMP ISIS crankset, with a length of 170 mm and a Q-factor of 16 mm, ensures efficient power transfer. The cockpit features a KTM Line Rizer 20 handlebar, 640 mm wide, and Ergon GP3 SD grips with bar ends, which support an ergonomic hand position. The stem is adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees, allowing for individual customisation of the riding position.

The tyres are Schwalbe Energizer Plus Performance GreenGuard, size 47-622, fitted to both the front and rear, and feature impressive puncture protection technology. The wheelset consists of KTM Line rims, Shimano Deore M6000 hubs and Ambrosio Track Disc rims, connected by DT Champion spokes.

Additional comfort is provided by the Selle Royal Lookin saddle, mounted on a Suntour SP17-NCX suspension seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm and a length of 350 mm. SKS A55K mudguards in matt black offer protection against dirt and water. The KTM 28" adjustable kickstand and the KTM Racktime Tour luggage rack with Snap-it system round off the specification.

The Bosch INTUVIA LCD display with remote control provides all the key information at a glance and allows for easy control of the e-bike whilst riding.
