KTM MACINA SPORT 510

The "MACINA SPORT 510" model from KTM, released in 2020, is a high-quality e-trekking bike designed specifically for on-road use. The bike’s frame is made from a robust Macina Trekking Onroad Alloy 6061 alloy and is fitted with a PT500Wh Bosch Gen.4 battery. This ensures the bike’s high stability and durability.

The MACINA SPORT 510 is fitted with Shimano MT200 2-piston brakes, which deliver reliable and powerful braking performance. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore M6000-10 GS shadow+ system, which is complemented by the Shimano Deore T6000-10 shift levers with a display, enabling precise and easy gear selection.

Riding comfort is ensured by the Suntour NCX-D coil LO fork with 63mm of travel, which effectively absorbs bumps in the road. The lighting comprises a B&M Lumotec MYC LED front light with 5 lux and a B&M Toplight 2C LED rear light, which ensure good visibility in the dark.

The bike is fitted with Trekk VP-616 pedals, which offer a secure grip thanks to their anti-slip properties. The KTM COMP ISIS crankset, with a length of 170 mm and a Q-factor of 16, ensures efficient power transfer. The drivetrain is supported by the Shimano E6090-10 e-bike system, which, together with the Bosch PERFORMANCE CX Gen.4 motor, provides powerful and dynamic assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h and a torque of 75 Nm.

The bike’s handlebars are KTM Line low-rizers, 640 mm wide, and are complemented by Ergon GP3 SD grips with bar ends, which provide additional comfort. The stem is a KTM Line with a 17° angle.

The tyres, both front and rear, are Schwalbe Marathon Mondial Perf. RaceGuard 42-622, which are renowned for their excellent grip and puncture resistance. The wheelset consists of KTM Line – Shimano Deore M6000 CL hubs with 32 spokes and Ambrosio Track Disc rims in size 622x20C, complemented by DT Champion 2.0 black spokes.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza, which, together with the KTM Line seatpost (30.9/350), ensures a comfortable riding position. The mudguards are SKS B46R in gloss black and offer protection against dirt and spray. A KTM 28" adjustable kickstand ensures the bike stands securely. The luggage rack is a KTM Racktime Light (Snap-It), which offers versatile transport options.

The Bosch INTUVIA LCD display with remote control allows for easy control and monitoring of the motor assistance and other functions of the e-bike. Overall, the MACINA SPORT 510 offers a balanced combination of comfort, performance and functionality, ideal for long rides and everyday use on the road.
