KTM MACINA FUN 510

The "MACINA FUN 510" model from KTM, released in 2020, is a versatile e-bike designed specifically for trekking tours. The frame is made from Macina Trekking Onroad Alloy 6061 and is fitted with a Bosch Gen.3 / T-9700 UC-PP500Wh battery, providing a solid and durable foundation.

Braking performance is provided by the Shimano MT420 4-piston brakes with 3-finger levers, which are renowned for their reliable and powerful braking. Gear shifting is handled by the Shimano Deore M592-9 SGS Shadow, whilst the gear lever is a Shimano Altus M2010-9 model with a display, enabling precise and easy gear selection. The Suntour NEX-E25 coil NLO fork, with 63mm of travel, provides additional comfort on uneven terrain.

For lighting, the bike is fitted with a B&M Lumotec AVY LED front light (4 lux) and a B&M Toplight 2C LED rear light, which ensure good visibility and safety on the road. The Trekk VP-616 pedals are non-slip and offer a secure grip even in wet conditions. The crankset is a KTM COMP BNI with a length of 170 mm and a Q-factor of 16 mm.

The e-bike is powered by a Shimano E6070-9 e-bike drive system in combination with the Bosch PERFORMANCE Gen.3 motor, which enables speeds of up to 25 km/h and a torque of 65 Nm. The battery is a Bosch PowerPACK with a capacity of 500 Wh, which ensures sufficient range. The Bosch INTUVIA LCD display with remote control offers user-friendly operation and displays all key riding data.

The handlebars are KTM Line Rizer20, 640 mm wide, combined with Ergon GP1 SD grips without bar ends for a high level of comfort. The stem is a KTM Line UP3, which can be adjusted to an angle of 0 to 90 degrees. The tyres are Schwalbe Energizer Plus Perf. GreenGuard 40-622 at both the front and rear, ensuring good grip and puncture resistance.

The wheelset consists of KTM Line – Shimano Acera M3050 CL hubs with Ambrosio Track Disc rims and DT Champion 2.0 black spokes, ensuring a robust and stable construction. The saddle is a Selle Royal Lookin model, mounted on a Suntour SP17-NCX suspension seatpost measuring 30.9/350, to provide additional comfort.

Other features include SKS B46R mudguards in high-gloss black, an adjustable KTM 28" kickstand, and a KTM Racktime Tour luggage rack with the Snap-it system, which is ideal for carrying bags and accessories.
