KTM MACINA CROSS 510

The 2020 KTM MACINA CROSS 510 is a versatile e-bike designed specifically for trekking and off-road adventures. The frame is made from Macina Trekking Offroad Alloy 6061 and is fitted with a PT500Wh Bosch Gen.4 battery, which ensures high performance and durability.

Braking performance is provided by the reliable Shimano MT200 2-piston brakes, which offer safe deceleration even in challenging conditions. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore M6000-10 GS shadow+ system, which enables precise and rapid gear changes. This is supported by the Shimano Deore T6000-10 shifter with display, which allows for easy operation.

The Suntour NCX-D coil LO fork, with 63mm of travel, provides the necessary comfort and stability on uneven terrain. The pedals are VP-195E MTB pedals made from a robust aluminium alloy. The crankset consists of the KTM COMP ISIS, with a length of 170 mm and a Q-factor of 16 mm.

The drivetrain is completed by the Shimano E6090-10 e-bike motor, which ensures efficient power transmission. The handlebars are KTM Comp low risers with a width of 640 mm, whilst the Ergon GP3 SD grips with bar ends provide additional comfort and ergonomic support. The stem has an angle of 17° and contributes to stable steering.

The tyres are Schwalbe Smart Sam Perf. 47-622 at the front and rear, which are known for their good grip and puncture resistance. The wheelset consists of KTM Line – Shimano Deore M6000 CL 32H hubs, Ambrosio Track Disc 32H 622x20C rims and DT Champion 2.0 black spokes, making for a robust and reliable wheel combination.

The saddle is a KTM Line Cross, mounted on a KTM Comp seatpost measuring 30.9/350. An adjustable kickstand for 28-inch wheels provides extra convenience when parking the bike.

The e-bike is powered by a Bosch PERFORMANCE CX Gen.4 motor with a maximum assisted speed of 25 km/h and a torque of 75 Nm. The battery is a Bosch PowerTUBE with a capacity of 500 Wh, mounted horizontally. The Bosch INTUVIA LCD display with remote control offers a user-friendly interface for controlling the motor assistance and displaying key ride data.
