Ghost E-Riot AM Universal

The 2023 ‘E-Riot AM Universal’ model from Ghost is a high-quality e-mountain bike designed for challenging trails and all-mountain riding. Priced at €6,499, this bike offers an impressive combination of advanced technology and robust design.

The E-Riot AM Universal’s frame is made of aluminium and is available in sizes S (27.5-inch) and M to XL (29-inch). The brakes are Shimano Deore BRM6120 with 203 mm disc brakes at the front and rear, operated by Shimano BLM6100 brake levers, ensuring reliable and powerful braking performance. The front brake disc is a Shimano SMRT64 with a diameter of 203 mm.

The bike is fitted with a Shimano XT RDM8100 12-speed groupset, which enables precise and smooth gear changes. The Fox 38 Float Performance eMTB+ fork with 160 mm of travel, together with the Fox Float X Performance rear shock, also offering 160 mm of travel, provide excellent suspension and damping characteristics, ensuring comfort and control even on challenging trails.

The pedals fitted to this model are VPE527, and the crankset consists of an ethirteen espec Plus with 34 teeth. The bike features DT Swiss 2.0 spokes and WTB ST i30 rims at both the front and rear. The tyres are Maxxis Minion DHF 3C MaxxTerra Exo+ in size 2.5 at the front (S: 27.5"; MXL: 29") and Maxxis Minion DHR II 3C MaxxTerra Exo+ in size 2.6 at the rear (S: 27.5"; MXL: 29"). The hubs are Shimano HBMT400B (front) and Shimano FHMT410B (rear).

The saddle is a Fizik Terra Aidon, fitted to a Ghost Alpha 1 seatpost with a diameter of 34.9 mm and varying lengths depending on frame size (125 mm for S, 150 mm for M, 170 mm for L/XL). The saddle clamp has a diameter of 38.0 mm.

The E-Riot AM Universal is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor, paired with a Bosch Power Tube battery with a capacity of 750 Wh, controlled via a Bosch Kiox 300 display. The charger is a Bosch charger with a capacity of 4 Ah.
