Ghost-Bikes presents the new E-Riot. With 170 mm suspension travel, Bosch CX-R drive and a consistent design language, the E-Enduro is aimed at maximum control in technical terrain - including a power cure via app.
With the introduction of the E-Riot for the 2026 model year, the Bavarian manufacturer GHOST-Bikes is consistently focusing on the further development of its E-MTB platform. The new model has been specially developed for riders who feel at home on rough terrain, steep descents and long tours. The focus of the development was not only on bare performance data, but above all on the combination of power and control. The characteristic, straightforward design emphasises this functional claim and ensures a clear design language on the light carbon frame.
At the heart of the top LTD and Full Party models is the new Bosch Performance Line CX-R drive unit, which at 2.7 kilos is 100 grams lighter and even more powerful than the CX and also features the Extended Boost - a longer overrun. The CX-R delivers a maximum torque of 100 Nm and a peak power of 750 W. The special Race mode reveals its full potential, especially on technical terrain.
GHOST offers a novelty with the "Pro" and "Advanced" models: Although these are equipped with the Bosch Performance Line CX motor (85 Nm, 600 W) as standard, they can receive a performance upgrade via the Bosch FlowApp. This allows up to 100 Nm of torque and 750 W of power to be unlocked on these models too, making the platform attractive to a wider range of buyers. The power supply is provided by the new 800 Wh generation of the Bosch PowerTube battery, which is designed for extended off-road days without range anxiety.
The TractionLink 2.0 system provides the necessary grip. This kinematic system is designed to offer a balanced relationship between drive neutrality and rear suspension performance. Impacts should be absorbed with ease and brake stutter should also be minimised. With 170 mm travel at the front and 160 mm at the rear, the E-Riot offers sufficient reserves for demanding enduro lines.
The E-Riot also relies on a mullet set-up: A 29-inch front wheel ensures optimum rollover behaviour and smooth running, while the 27.5-inch rear wheel increases agility in tight sections. With a maximum system weight of 150 kg, the bike is also equipped for heavier riders or tours with a lot of equipment.
The Bosch Kiox 400C display is classically flush-mounted in the top tube, which keeps the cockpit clear and minimises the risk of damage in the event of a fall. The system is controlled intuitively via the mini-remote on the handlebars.
GHOST has created integrated solutions for mechanical emergencies off-road: The top models feature the XLC Trailtool Solution (TTS), a multi-tool that is built into the head tube of the fork. There are also attachment points under the top tube for further tool mount solutions.
The geometry of the E-Riot follows modern trends with a slack steering angle of 64 degrees and a steep seat angle of 77.5 degrees to ensure both downhill stability and an efficient riding position on the climbs.

With the E-Riot MY26, GHOST-Bikes delivers a technically consistent package for the demanding enduro segment. Together with the TractionLink 2.0 suspension and the robust Mullet set-up, the E-Riot positions itself as a versatile tool for technical terrain. In terms of value for money, the Upper Palatinate company is not overly generous - the two more affordable models in particular are quite modestly equipped.
