Instead of a motor, as in the Sister model Sneak + Rose is focussing on shifting performance with the Sneak and has given the fitness bike three different drive variants. The Sneak 1 comes with a Shimano Cues 2 x 11-speed drivetrain and Shimano flatmount brakes.
With its sporty GRX gears, the Rose Sneak 2 is also suitable for more demanding terrain.
The top-of-the-range Sneak 3 model shifts completely electronically and wirelessly with the Sram Rival XPLR eTap AXS. All models This fitness bike is therefore ideal for keeping fit on your daily commute.
Cycling is zeitgeist and the new Sneak is a statement for aesthetic minimalism and the mobility of the future - nothing more and nothing less. - Anatol Sostmann, Director Product & Brand at ROSE Bikes
The distinctive frame design of the Rose Sneak remains, but fresh colours and two different frame shapes in four sizes have been added. The Rose Sneak is available from a retail price of 1399 euros.
The lightweight but robust frame ensures a smooth and manoeuvrable ride on busy streets and in rush hour traffic. The design, high-performance components and practical features of the Rose Sneak have been specially developed to meet the needs of urban cyclists. With a total weight of less than 10 kilograms, the slim city bike can also be easily taken on the train or bus or quickly carried up a flight of stairs. The all-round solution for everyday use with a wide range of sizes from S to XL and a sporty geometry is designed to turn the tedious commute into a favourite pastime from now on.
On the Sneak 2 and 3 models, Rose has installed carbon elements developed in-house. For the first time on these models, the cables are neatly routed into the frame in a specially developed one-piece carbon flatbar cockpit. A carbon seatpost is also designed to provide more comfort and style.
With the integrated SP Connect module, a smartphone or fitness tracker can be attached to the cockpit. This allows you to keep an eye on all important fitness data while driving.
Clever details can also be discovered on the frame. For example, the adjustment screws and thru axles are hidden, which not only looks good but also protects against dirt.
The Rose Sneak is now available in three different equipment variants and two frame shapes: a classic men's frame and a MidStep model with a lower top tube. If you are looking for a no-frills, non-motorised bike for everyday use, the Rose Sneak 1 is the right choice. Rose sells this model at an entry-level price of 1,399 euros. The high-end Sneak 3 model, on the other hand, costs 2,599 euros. The sophisticated equipment is reduced to the essentials. All models are fitted with robust Schwalbe G-One R tyres, which are predestined for versatile use. Retrofit options, such as a kickstand and lights, are always possible.
