Rose Bikes presents its first single-speed urban e-bike. This is intended to impress with its minimalist design and functionality.

Next Gen Urban Statement Bike - this is how the bicycle company ROSE Bikes from Bocholt describes its latest e-bike. The SNEAK+ is the third bike platform from the ROSE+ family and, with its minimalist design and city-ready features, it caters to the category of urban statement bikes. Urban Bikes. The new product was presented to a select audience for the first time at the kolektif bicycle trade fair in Berlin. The SNEAK+ is available in two different equipment variants, two colours and three sizes (S, M and L) from a retail price of 2,349 euros >> available here.

Thanks to its minimalist design, it is almost impossible to identify the SNEAK+ as an e-bike at first glance. Only the "+" in the name and the power button on the top tube give a hint that this is no ordinary urban bike. Motorised, yet lightweight, low-maintenance and including a lighting system, the e-bike can tackle most of the challenges of a big city.

Multipurpose

"We knew what the bike should look like and also what it should be able to do: Minimal design, maximum purpose - so the challenge was to combine the two," explains Anatol Sostmann, Director Product & Brand at ROSE Bikes. After all, city dwellers want to get to work quickly and as comfortably as possible without breaking a sweat. "You also prefer to carry a good bike into the cellar or even up to the fourth floor if necessary, instead of exposing it to the weather and thieves." So anything that was too heavy had to be replaced or completely cancelled.
