130 millimetres of travel is currently the end of the BMC model range. But for 2022, the Swiss company is coming up with a brand new brand for downhill-orientated bikes.

The last All Mountain from BMC dates back to 2014. 140-millimetre Fully goes by the name of Trailfox. Since then, the Swiss have only reported Innovations in the Race, Marathon- and E-MTB segment. With suspension travel between 140 and 180 millimetres, the gap between the BMC a gap to date. Strictly speaking, this gap will continue to exist.

BMC continues to stand for racing

Because instead of simply replenishing the BMC range with models with a higher lift capacity, the Swiss company a new brand, called Scor. True to the motto "play the mountain", all new fun and downhill-orientated mountain bike models can now be found in the Scor line-up. The BMC name thus remains true to its image and continues to stand only for race-orientated mountain bikes and racing bikes.
