The Shimano Spazio jerseys are available in both long-sleeved and short-sleeved versions. Short-sleeved version available. According to Shimano, the jerseys are suitable for use on mountain bikes and gravel bikes. The rather tight fit is designed to reduce flapping without restricting freedom of movement. As a practical detail, the jerseys have a sewn-in glasses cleaning cloth. There is also a reflective Shimano logo on the chest.
The men's jerseys are available in green, grey and brown. Women's jerseys are available in green, beige and lilac. Shimano does not provide any information on the material used. The sizes range from S to XXXL for the men's models and from S to XXL for the women's models. The manufacturer gives a recommended retail price of 89.95 euros for the long-sleeved jersey and 79.95 euros for the short-sleeved version.
Shimano is also introducing the Convenienza cycling jacket. With wind and water-repellent properties, it is particularly suitable for urban and everyday use. Shimano describes the fit itself as loose, with an extended back section to protect against splashing water. A practical feature: the jacket can be stowed away in an inner pocket to save space.
The jacket has integrated sleeves for improved fit and comfort in the riding position. A double-layer collar at the neck is designed to ensure a comfortable fit. The Convenienza jacket is available for men and women in the colours black and spice red. The sizes range from S to XXXL for the men's models and from S to XXL for the women's models. The ergonomic palm construction and the crook of the fingers are designed to provide additional comfort and a natural feel. Embossed synthetic leather is attached to the palm, which, according to Shimano, should provide a secure grip and excellent control.
The Shimano gloves have short cuffs to make them easier to put on and take off. One focus during development was on the use of sustainable materials. The elasticated, breathable back of the hand is made from 72% recycled polyamide.
The palm is made from polyester suede with 57% recycled content. The enduro gloves are available in the colours sand brown, black and olive. The sizes range from S to XXL. The price is 46.95 euros.
