Test ride the latest e-MTBs and e-bikes, explore the Carinthian Nockberge mountains and Lake Millstätter See. The E-Motions Festival is all about motors and batteries.

While the Carinthian Nockberge mountains were shrouded in mysterious clouds, the sun shone all day long on the e-bikes and e-mountainbikes at the E-Motions Festival on the shores of Lake Millstatt. The lake tour with former professional racing cyclist Paco Wrolich and skiing legend Franz Klammer kicked things off and even before the official opening at midday on the first day of the festival, hardly a test bike was left untouched.

With Cannondale, KTM and BH Bikes, some major brands exhibited their new products, but newcomers such as Bären Bikes and Malaguti were also able to score points with visitors. For three days, the tour-orientated festival thrilled visitors with tech innovations, rides ranging from lake tours to trail tours and a riding technique and trial show with bike pro Stefan Müller and trial legend Tom Oehler. We show the biggest highlights in the photo gallery.

Adrian Kaether's favourite thing to do is ride mountain bikes on bumpy enduro trails. The tech expert and bike tester knows all about Newton metres and watt hours, high and low-speed damping. As test manager at MYBIKE, Adrian also likes to think outside the box and tests cargo bikes and step-through bikes as well as the latest (e-)MTBs.
