The Powerfly 5’s frame is made from Alpha Platinum Aluminium and features a removable integrated battery (RIB), a tapered head tube and internal Control Freak cable routing. The Armor motor and Boost148 technology with a 12 mm thru-axle provide additional stability and protection. The maximum permissible weight is 136 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 21 kg.

Reliable braking performance is provided by the Tektro HD-M745 hydraulic 4-piston disc brakes, which are fitted with 203 mm Centre Lock brake discs at both the front and rear. The Shimano Deore M6100 rear derailleur offers precise and responsive 12-speed shifting. The RockShox Recon Silver RL fork, featuring Solo Air suspension, a Motion Control damper and 120 mm of travel, ensures a smooth ride over rough terrain.

The Powerfly 5 is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor with Smart System and a torque of 85 Nm. The Bosch PowerTube battery, with a capacity of 625 Wh, provides ample power, whilst the Bosch Intuvia 100 display enables intuitive operation. The charger is a standard Bosch charger rated at 4 A and 230 V, which is also compatible with the Smart System.

With a reach of 43 mm, a stack of 65 mm, a seat tube length of 47 mm and a top tube length of 64 mm, the Powerfly 5 offers well-balanced geometry. The head tube angle is 68 degrees, the head tube length is 14 mm, the chainstay length is 46 mm, the standover height is 82 mm and the wheelbase is 118 mm.
