Kreidler Dice 26" 1.0 Street

The 2020 Kreidler ‘Dice 26 1.0 Street’ model is a versatile mountain bike designed for both road use and light off-road riding. Priced at EUR 499, it offers a solid spec for beginners and leisure cyclists. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is designed for 26-inch mountain bike wheels, giving the bike a total weight of 16 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Promax V-brakes, which, together with the Altus ST-EF41 brake levers, ensure reliable stopping power. The gear system is based on the Shimano TY300 system, complemented by Shimano Altus shifters and a Shimano FD-TY710 front derailleur, enabling precise and smooth gear changes. The Kreidler suspension fork provides additional comfort on uneven roads.

The bike’s lighting system consists of a Jing Yi LED front light with a brightness of 70 LUX and a parking light function, as well as a Büchel LED rear light, also with a parking light. The plastic MTB pedals, the crankset with three chainrings (42/34/24 teeth) and the 14–28-tooth cassette offer a wide gear range for various riding conditions.

The handlebars – a Sonos Riser Bar with a width of 600 mm – and the Hermans 89B grips provide comfortable handling and control. The Sonos stem with a 4-way clamp contributes to the stability of the handlebars. The FSA 1 1/8" a-head headset ensures precise steering.

The Schürmann YAK19 rims are fitted with Kenda MTB tyres, which feature reflective strips to improve visibility in the dark. The 26-inch wheelset is complemented by Shimano hubs with a hub dynamo and Parallax, whilst Mach1 spokes provide additional stability.

The Sonos MTB saddle and the patented Sonos aluminium seatpost (27.2 mm diameter, 300 mm length) offer comfort on longer rides. The Hebie plastic mudguards protect against splashes, whilst the Ursus aluminium side stand ensures the bike stands securely.
