HoheAcht BESTA ROKO

The "BESTA ROKO" model from the HoheAcht brand from 2023 is a high-quality e-bike that impresses with a wide range of technical features and solid equipment. The price of this model is EUR 5999. The frame of the bike is made of carbon fibre, which not only ensures a low weight, but also stability and durability. The permissible total weight is 150 kg, which guarantees a high load capacity.

Braking power is provided by hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano. At the front, the model is equipped with the four-piston VR BR-MT420 brake, while the HR BR-MT410 is used at the rear. The brake levers are also from Shimano, model BL-MT401, and are made of light metal with 2-finger operation. The brake discs have a diameter of 180 mm at the front and rear and are equipped with the centre lock system.

The gearing is a 12-speed derailleur from SRAM, model SX Eagle, which is operated with a trigger shifter. The crankset consists of a Shimano Steps chainring with 34 teeth, combined with a crank arm set from Shimano Steps with a length of 170 mm. The sprocket is a SRAM Eagle CS-PG-1210 with 12-speed and a range of 11 to 50 teeth.

Comfort is provided by the RockShox 35 Gold RL suspension fork with 160 mm travel and the RockShox Super Deluxe Select shock with 60 mm travel. Lighting is provided by the Sate-lite lighting set, consisting of a front light with a maximum of 50 LUX and a rear light with 220° visibility.

The bike is fitted with Marwi SP-160 BL aluminium pedals. The handlebars are a Kalloy HighEight model with a width of 740 mm, a bend angle of 9° and a rise of 15 mm. The grips are from Herrmans, model Rib, and are each 130 mm long. The stem is also from Kalloy-HoheAcht and measures 60 mm with an angle of ±7°.

The rims are made of aluminium and come from Mach1, model Trucky 30, with the front wheel measuring 29 inches and the rear wheel 27.5 inches. The tyres are from Kenda, the Hellkat K1201 model at the front and the Pinner Pro K1241 model at the rear, both tubeless ready. The hubs have industrial bearings and are from Formula.

The saddle is a DDK model, mounted on an aluminium Limotec A1 dropper post with an adjustment range of 125 mm. A Chainstay Protector protects the chain, while an ABUS BLO SHI IT2 XPlus lock provides security.

The bike is powered by the Shimano Steps DU-EP801 mid-motor with support up to 25 km/h and a torque of 85 Nm. The integrated battery has a capacity of 630 Wh and is controlled via the Shimano Steps SC-EN600 display, which offers Bluetooth and ANT-Private compatibility. The charger is a Shimano Steps EC-E8004 with a voltage of 42 V DC and a current range of 4 to 4.6 A.
