Ghost E-Riot Trail CF Advanced

The 2022 ‘E-Riot Trail CF Advanced’ model from Ghost is a high-performance e-mountain bike designed for challenging trails and off-road adventures. The frame is made from high-quality carbon fibre, which not only gives the bike excellent stability but also keeps its weight low. The price for this model is 5,699 EUR.

Braking performance is provided by Tektro HDM750 brakes with 203 mm discs at both the front and rear. The brake levers are also from Tektro and guarantee reliable and precise braking control. The bike’s gear system consists of a SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, which, together with the SRAM SX Eagle Single Click shifter, ensures fast and precise gear changes.

The suspension on the E-Riot Trail CF Advanced is provided by a Rock Shox 35 Gold RL fork with 150 mm of travel and a Rock Shox Super Deluxe Select R shock absorber with 140 mm of travel. This combination offers excellent damping and control on rough terrain. The pedals are the VPE527 model.

The crankset is from ethirteen espec Plus with a 34T chainring, whilst the cassette is a SRAM PG1210 with an 11–50 gear ratio. The handlebars are a Ground Fiftyone model with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a variable width depending on frame size (760 mm for size S, 780 mm for M–L, and 780 mm for XL). The grips are WTB Waffle, which provide good grip and comfort.

The stem is also a Ground Fiftyone model with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The Acros Blocklock 135° headset ensures additional stability. The rims are WTB ST i30, which, in combination with Maxxis Minion DHF 3C MaxxTerra Exo+ 2.5 tyres, offer optimum grip and durability. The hubs are DT Swiss 370 Classic models (front: 15x110 mm, rear: 12x148 mm) and the spokes are DT Swiss 2.0.

The saddle is a Fizik Terra Aidon, mounted on a Ghost Alpha 1 seatpost (34.9 mm diameter, 125 mm rise for size S, 150 mm for M, and 170 mm for L/XL). The saddle is clamped using a GW seat clamp with a diameter of 38.0 mm.

At the heart of the drivetrain is the Bosch Performance Line CX motor, which is powered by a Bosch Power Tube battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. The display is a Bosch Purion model, which clearly shows all the key information. A Bosch charger with a capacity of 2 Ah is used to charge the battery.
