Focus FOCUS SAM² 6.0

The 2023 FOCUS SAM² 6.0 is a highly advanced e-mountain bike equipped with a host of impressive technical features. The frame is made from 7005 hydroformed aluminium and, thanks to F.O.L.D. Gen2 technology, offers 170 mm of suspension travel. The bike is designed for a maximum load of 150 kg, making it robust and versatile.

Optimal control and safety are ensured by the Shimano braking system, comprising XT M8120 brakes with four pistons and 203 mm rotors at both the front and rear. The gear system is also from Shimano and comprises the Deore XT M8100 12-speed groupset, which enables precise and reliable gear changes. The FOX 38 Factory Float fork, with 180 mm of travel, and the FOX DHX Coil shock contribute to excellent handling, even on challenging terrain.

The bike is fitted with a Bosch Performance CX Smart Motor, which delivers 250 W of power and 85 Nm of torque. The integrated Li-ion battery in the down tube has a capacity of 750 Wh, providing sufficient power for extended rides. Control is via the Bosch LED Remote and the Kiox 300 display, which allow for intuitive operation.

Other features include the RaceFace Atlas handlebars, which are 820 mm wide and have a 35 mm rise, as well as the FOCUS C.I.S. integrated stem, which is 50 mm long. The Schwalbe Magic Mary tyres in size 2.6 offer excellent grip and stability on a variety of surfaces. The MAVIC E-DEMAX wheelset rounds off the overall package and ensures a powerful and reliable ride.
