FALTER RUN & RIDE

The "RUN & RIDE" model from the "FALTER" brand, launched in 2021, is a carefully designed children’s bike that impresses in terms of both safety and riding comfort. Priced at 209 euros, it offers excellent value for money. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, which contributes to a low total weight of just 6 kg, making the bike easy for children to handle. The maximum load capacity is 40 kg.

The bike’s features are well thought-out and child-friendly. It is fitted with cantilever brakes, which, together with the child-friendly plastic brake levers, ensure safe braking performance. The bike’s rigid fork is a unicrown fork made from Hi-Ten steel, which ensures stability. The bike is fitted with children’s pedals and a square-taper bottom bracket. The MATRIX crankset has 28 teeth and a length of 89 mm; it is also removable, which makes maintenance easier. Power is transmitted via a KMC chain, whilst the sprocket has 16 teeth.

The ergonomic children’s handlebars from MATRIX, together with the ergonomically shaped children’s grips, ensure comfortable handling. The stem is fitted with impact protection, providing additional safety. The headset is 1-inch in size and finished in black. The rims are made of aluminium, whilst the tyres are Schwalbe Big Apple models, which ensure a comfortable ride. The front hub is made of Hi-Ten steel and the rear hub is fitted with a single-speed coaster brake, making it easy to operate.

Further features include galvanised spokes, a MATRIX Kids saddle and a steel, candle-shaped seat post. The mudguards and chain guard are made of plastic, which keeps the weight down whilst offering protection against dirt.
