The "Kathmandu SL storm’n’black" model from Cube, released in 2022, is a high-quality trekking bike renowned for its versatility and robustness. The price for this model is 1,899 EUR. The frame is made from Superlite Aluminium, Trekking Comfort, IC 3.0, and is double-butted, resulting in a lightweight yet sturdy construction.

The bike is fitted with Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes (PM/FM 180/160), which ensure excellent braking performance. The derailleur is also from Shimano XT (RD-T8000) and offers 10 gears, which can be shifted precisely using the Shimano XT SL-T8000 shifter. The Natural Fit Sequence Comfort saddle and the CUBE Performance Post seatpost (27.2 mm) offer a high level of comfort on long rides. The saddle is secured using a CUBE Screwlock (31.8 mm).

ACID 56 Integrated Carrier 3.0 mudguards are fitted to protect against dirt and spray. The bike also features an ACID Pro Flat Mount kickstand and a CUBE Integrated Carrier 3.0 luggage rack, which is compatible with the ACID RILink adapter.
