Cube’s 2022 ‘Cross Race Pro blue’n’black’ model is a versatile and high-performance cyclocross bike, designed specifically for demanding riders. Priced at 1599 EUR, this bike offers an impressive combination of high-quality materials and advanced technology.

The Cross Race Pro’s frame is made from Superlite aluminium, manufactured using double-butted and Advanced Mechanical Forming processes. The smooth welds and internal cable routing ensure a clean and aesthetic appearance. The frame is also fitted with flat-mount disc brake mounts and a 12x142mm thru-axle (AXH), which provides additional stability and precise braking performance.

The braking system consists of hydraulic disc brakes – the Shimano 105 BR-R7070 model – fitted with 160mm rotors at both the front and rear. These provide reliable stopping power in all conditions. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Ultegra RD-RX800-DGS 11-speed rear derailleur and the Shimano 105 ST-R7020 shift levers, enabling precise and smooth gear changes. The crankset is a Shimano FC-RS510 with a 46x36T chainring, which, in combination with the Shimano 105 CS-HG700 cassette (11-34T) and the Shimano CN-HG600-11 chain, offers a wide gear range.

The cockpit features the CUBE Compact Race Bar handlebars, wrapped in ACID CX bar tape, and the CUBE Performance Stem SL with a diameter of 31.8mm. The headset is a VP Z-t, Top Zero-Stack 1 1/8" (OD 44mm), Bottom Integrated 1 1/4", which ensures stable and precise steering.

The tyres are Schwalbe X-One Allround Performance Kevlar in size 33-622, fitted to the CUBE CX 2.1 wheelset (12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear). This combination offers excellent grip and durability on a variety of surfaces. The saddle is a Natural Fit Venec, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2mm and secured by a CUBE Screwlock seatpost clamp (31.8mm).
