Cube Cross Race grey´n´orange

The "Cross Race grey'n'orange" model from the Cube brand from 2022 presents itself as a versatile and powerful cyclocross bike designed for demanding riders. The frame is made of aluminium Superlite, which has been additionally reinforced using double butted and advanced mechanical forming processes. The smooth weld seams (Smooth Welded) and internal cable routing ensure a tidy appearance and increase the durability of the frame. With a flat mount disc and a 12x142mm thru axle, the frame is ideally equipped for off-road use.

The brakes of the Cross Race consist of TRP Spyre MD-C610C, which are mounted in a flat mount design and equipped with 160mm discs at the front and rear. This ensures reliable braking performance in all conditions. Shifting is provided by the Shimano Tiagra RD-4700GS with 10 gears, which together with the Shimano Tiagra ST-4700 shift levers ensures precise and smooth gear changes. The Shimano Tiagra FD-4700 front derailleur complements the rear derailleur and is attached to the frame with a 31.8 mm clamp.

The bike's fork, the CUBE Cross Race Disc, is made entirely of carbon and has a tapered head tube (1 1/8" - 1 1/4" tapered), which increases steering precision and stiffness. The Shimano Tiagra FC-4700 crankset with 50x34T chainrings and the Shimano CS-HG500 cassette with a gradation of 11-34T offer a wide gear range that is suitable for both fast sprints and steep climbs. The drivetrain is completed by a KMC X10 chain.

The handlebars, a CUBE Compact Race Bar, are wrapped with ACID Bartape CX for a secure grip and comfort during long rides. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem SL with a diameter of 31.8mm, while the VP Z-t headset ensures reliable steering. The Schwalbe X-One Allround tyres in the Performance Kevlar version (33-622) are mounted on a CUBE CX 2.1 wheelset, which is fitted with 12mm thru axles at the front and rear.

The Natural Fit Venec Lite saddle, which is mounted on a CUBE Performance Post seatpost with a diameter of 27.2mm, ensures a comfortable ride. The saddle is clamped using a CUBE Screwlock clamp with a diameter of 31.8mm.
