The frame of the Acid 200 Disc is made from Aluminium Lite 6061, ensuring a robust yet lightweight construction. The rigid aluminium fork contributes to stability and direct steering. Braking performance is provided by Tektro HD-M282 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors at the front and rear, ensuring reliable deceleration even in adverse conditions.

The bike is fitted with a 7-speed drivetrain from Shimano – specifically, the Shimano RD-TY300 rear derailleur and the Shimano SL-RS45 Revoshift shifter – which allows for easy and precise gear changes.
