The bike’s frame is the MTC Gent, which ensures stability and comfort. The braking system consists of Clarks M2 disc brakes at both the front and rear, with a 180mm front rotor and a 160mm rear rotor. This combination ensures reliable braking performance in a variety of conditions. The brake levers are also Clarks M2 and offer precise control.

The MTC Elite Gent’s gear system utilises the tried-and-tested Shimano T8000 Deore XT groupset, combined with a Shimano Deore shifter and a Shimano Deore front derailleur. This configuration enables smooth and precise gear changes across the 10 gears. The crankset and cassette – a Shimano HG50-10 with 11-36T – complete the drivetrain, which is driven by a chain.
