Conway ML 3

The "ML 3" model from Conway, released in 2021, is a bicycle that impresses with its solid build quality and attractive value for money. Priced at 419 EUR, it offers a range of specifications aimed at female cyclists looking for a reliable and functional bike. The frame is made of aluminium and has been specially designed as a women’s model, allowing for a maximum rider weight of 130 kg. The brakes are TEKTRO “AL855” V-brakes, which, together with the SHIMANO “ST-EF41” brake levers, ensure reliable braking performance.

The ML 3’s gear system comprises a SHIMANO “RD-TX800” 7-speed derailleur, which, in combination with the SHIMANO “Altus FD-M313” front derailleur and the “ST-EF41” shift levers, provides a total of 21 gears. This allows for flexible adaptation to different riding conditions. The SUNTOUR “XCE” fork, with 100 mm of travel, ensures comfort on uneven terrain.

The drivetrain consists of a KMC “HV500” chain, a SHIMANO “FC-TY301” crankset with a triple chainring (24/34/42 teeth) and a SHIMANO “TZ500” cassette with 14–34 teeth. The bottom bracket is the SHIMANO “BB-UN100”, which is renowned for its durability. The bike is fitted with Welgo “C280DU” pedals, which are made from a single piece.

The CONWAY riser handlebars, with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a width of 700 mm, together with the CONWAY “Sport” grips, ensure a comfortable riding experience. The stem and headset are also by CONWAY and contribute to the stability of the handlebars. The wheels consist of CONWAY hollow-section rims fitted with IMPAC “Ridgepac” tyres in size 54-584. The hubs are made from CONWAY “Alloy” and feature black steel spokes.

The saddle, a Conway “4321 Lady”, is specially designed for female riders and is complemented by a CONWAY patented seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm. Overall, the Conway ML 3 offers a well-thought-out combination of components that are suitable for both everyday use and leisure rides.
