Bulls Copperhead FSX 1

The "Copperhead FSX 1" model from the "Bulls" brand, released in 2023, offers a balanced blend of performance and comfort at a price of 2,899 EUR. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, which is particularly robust and lightweight thanks to the double-butted construction and hydroforming. In addition, the internal cable routing ensures a clean look and protects the cables. The frame is fitted with a thru-axle and ISCG 05 mount, offering additional stability and customisation options. The maximum permissible weight is 125 kg.

The bike is fitted with TEKTRO HD-M275 brakes, featuring a 203 mm front and an 180 mm rear brake disc. This combination delivers reliable braking performance in a wide range of conditions. The rear derailleur is a SHIMANO Deore RD-M5100 shadow+, which, together with the SHIMANO Deore SL-M5100 shift levers, enables precise and rapid gear changes. A total of 11 gears are available, provided by the SHIMANO Deore FC-M5100 crankset with a 30T chainring and a SHIMANO Deore cassette with 11–51T.

The suspension on the Copperhead FSX 1 is provided by a RockShox Recon Silver RL fork with 140 mm of travel and a RockShox Deluxe Select RT shock, also with 140 mm of travel. This combination ensures excellent control and comfort on rough terrain. The BULLS MTB pedals provide a secure grip.

The handlebars are BULLS Riserbars, combined with MTB Sport grips and an MTB-S stem that is CCS Slot Mount ready. The headset is an FSA No.57SC, which contributes to steering precision. The RYDE Disc 30 rims are tubeless-ready and fitted with SCHWALBE Nobby Nic Super Ground TLE 62-622 tyres, which provide good grip and puncture resistance.

The hubs are Boost 6-hole mounts with thru-axles, 110 mm O.L.D. at the front and 148 mm O.L.D. at the rear, providing additional stiffness and stability. The saddle is a BULLS Sportive Ergo model, which, together with the LIMOTEC Alpha 1 seatpost (30.9 mm diameter), ensures comfort. Depending on the frame size (S, M, L, XL), offers a drop of 125 mm to 150 mm.
