Bulls Copperhead EVO 3 29

The "Copperhead EVO 3 29" model from Bulls, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-mountain bike available at a price of 4,199 EUR. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, manufactured using the hydroforming process, and features internal cable routing and a thru-axle. The maximum permissible weight is 130 kg.

The Copperhead EVO 3 29’s front braking system consists of SHIMANO BR-MT420 brakes with BL-MT401 two-finger brake levers and a 203 mm Centre Lock brake disc. At the rear, it is fitted with SHIMANO BR-MT410 brakes with two pistons and a 180 mm Centre Lock brake disc. Gear changes are handled by the SHIMANO Deore RD-M6100 shadow+ system with twelve speeds, operated via SHIMANO Deore SL-M6100 rapidfire+ shift levers with I-spec-EV.

The bike’s fork is a BULLS Lytro 34 Air LOR with Boost technology and 120 mm of travel. The bike is set up for MonkeyLink Connect lighting, although this is not included in the scope of delivery. The pedals are BULLS MTB pedals and the crankset is from FSA, with a length of 165 mm. The cassette is a SHIMANO Deore 12-speed system with a gear range of 10–51T, whilst the drive is via the GATES CDX system with a 125T sprocket.

The handlebar setup comprises a BULLS Sport-SL double-butted riser bar, Comfort Sport grips and an MTB-i stem that is CCS Slot Mount-ready. The headset is an FSA ACR ZS. The rims are RYDE Disc 30 and tubeless-ready, combined with SCHWALBE Wicked Will Perf. folding tyres in size 65-622. The hubs are from SHIMANO: the HB-MT400-B model at the front and the FH-MT410-B model at the rear, both with Centre Lock.

The saddle is a SELLE ROYAL Vivo Ergo, mounted on a BULLS aluminium seatpost. The bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX (Smart System) motor with 25/85 Nm. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube (Smart System) with a capacity of 500 Wh and is charged using a Bosch standard 4A charger. The display can be combined with various options such as the Mini Remote, Kiox 300, SmartphoneGrip, Intuvia 100 or a smartphone.
