Bergamont E-Revox Pro EQ

The E-Revox Pro EQ from Bergamont, launched in 2024, is a high-quality e-mountain bike available at a price of 3,999 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from a super-light AL-6061 tube set and is designed for 29-inch wheels. The frame is also fitted with a Bosch BES III PowerTube battery, which has a capacity of 625 Wh. The bike’s maximum load capacity is 135 kg, whilst it weighs 27 kg.

The E-Revox Pro EQ is suitable for riders between 160 cm and 170 cm in height. The Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (BR-MT410) ensure reliable braking performance at both the front and rear. The brake levers (BL-M4100) and brake discs (SM-RT30) are also by Shimano and have a diameter of 203 mm at the front and 180 mm at the rear.

The bike’s derailleur is a Shimano Deore RD-M5100 with Shadow Plus technology, operated by a Rapidfire Plus shifter (SL-M5100) and offering a total of 11 gears. The Suntour XCR34 LOR fork, with 120 mm of travel and adjustable rebound damping, ensures a comfortable ride.

The lighting comprises a Litemove SE front light with 110 lux and a Herrmans H-Trace Mini rear light. The aluminium MTB pedals offer a secure grip, whilst the FSA (CK-320) crankset features 34 teeth and a length of 170 mm. The cassette (Shimano Deore CS-M5100) has a range of 11–51 teeth, and power is transmitted via a KMC e11S chain.

The E-Revox Pro EQ’s cockpit comprises a Syncros Hixon 2.0 Mini Riser handlebar, 740 mm wide and 15 mm high, along with Syncros E-MTB grips. The stem is a Satori Viper with a 0° angle and a length of 45 mm. The headset is a semi-integrated Acros A-Headset with a Block Lock stem stop.

The rims are Cross X18 Disc rims, 30 mm wide, mounted on black stainless steel spokes. The tyres are Schwalbe Al Grounder, size 29x2.35". The hubs are also from Shimano; the front hub (HB-MT400-B) features a Centre Lock disc and a 15x110 mm axle, whilst the rear hub (FH-MT400-B) has a 12x148 mm axle.

The Syncros Tofino 2.5 saddle and the Syncros M3.0 seatpost ensure comfort on long rides. The E-Revox Pro EQ is also fitted with Curana Apollo mudguards, a Syncros kickstand and a Racktime/BGM E-Revox Carrier luggage rack with the SnapIt 2.0 system.

Power is provided by the fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor with an output of 250 W and a voltage of 36 V, which assists the bike up to 25 km/h. The Bosch LED Remote with Kiox 300 display provides all the key information whilst riding, and the standard Bosch charger charges the battery at a rate of 4A.

The frame geometry comprises a reach of 398 mm, a stack of 636 mm, a seat tube length of 420 mm, a top tube length of 580 mm, a head tube angle of 67 degrees, a seat tube angle of 74 degrees, a head tube length of 120 mm, a chainstay length of 500 mm, a bottom bracket drop of 65 mm, a fork offset of 47 mm, a top tube height of 775 mm, a fork installation height of 523 mm, a crank length of 170 mm and a wheelbase of 1194 mm with a bottom bracket height of 310 mm.
