Cosmic Sports has brought forward the launch of its new service centre for the Fox and Marzocchi brands and will now begin servicing from 1 September. The location in the Palatinate will act as a central point of contact for all technical services and warranty processing for the products of both brands in Germany and Austria.
The new centre will provide support for OEM components that are fitted to complete wheels ex works as well as for products purchased separately from retailers. The services are carried out in close coordination with the manufacturers in order to guarantee the quality standards of both brands.
For specialist dealers and end customers, the new structure is intended to bring benefits primarily through the secure supply of spare parts, clearly structured processes and digital interfaces.
Cosmic Sports has put together a service team for the new location that has extensive experience in the field of suspension technology.
In order to ensure a seamless transition, parts of the existing Fox service team have been taken over. This means that the specific expertise and high quality standards in the maintenance and repair of Fox and Marzocchi components can be continued without restrictions.
By bundling service expertise at a central location, specialist dealers and customers in Germany and Austria now have a single point of contact, which shortens communication channels and simplifies processes.
The Opening of the service centre originally planned for a later date was deliberately brought forward by Cosmic Sports. The background to this decision is the constantly growing demands in the after-sales area of the bicycle industry.
The demand for professional services is constantly increasing, especially for high-quality suspension components such as suspension forks and dampers, which require regular maintenance and specific expertise.
With the earlier launch, Cosmic Sports aims to further expand its service expertise for Fox and Marzocchi products. The establishment of digital interfaces for specialist retailers should also speed up the processing of service cases and make it more transparent.
