In the final of the BIKE Mission 3000, the challenges included not only the metres in altitude, but also wet feet.
Albert has recorded his experiences on the BIKE Mission 3000 in his own video documentary. In part 3 of the video series, the mountain bike returnee faces his final opponent: a tour with 3000 metres of altitude. His very personal behind-the-scenes video shows whether river crossings, snowfields and bad weather were able to stop him from completing his mission.

On his YouTube channel @bertloutdoor, BIKE reader Albert shares his experiences as part of the BIKE Mission 3000. In part 3 of his behind-the-scenes video series, he takes viewers along to the grand finale and takes on a day tour with 3000 metres of altitude. Not only does he have to master steep ramps and challenging trails, he also has to face the crossing of an ice-cold mountain stream. The almost twelve-minute clip shows whether he was able to achieve his big goal despite old snow fields, hail, storms and rain. Watch it for personal insights and first-hand reports!
