The protagonist of Mission 3000 is BIKE reader and mountain bike returnee Albert Miethaner.
Only those who have ridden the tour themselves can authentically describe what a mountain bike tour with 3000 metres of altitude difference feels like. BIKE reader Albert Miethaner took on the challenge of his first ride of this magnitude for Mission 3000. He has captured his very personal experiences and adventures in a multi-part behind-the-scenes video documentary.

Albert regularly shares his biking experiences on his YouTube channel @bertloutdoor. He has also captured his experiences as part of the BIKE Mission 3000 in moving images. In the behind-the-scenes video, he provides insights into his everyday life as a mountain bike returnee and his preparation for the first tour of his life with 3000 metres of altitude.

Albert's own video documentary on the BIKE Mission 3000

In the first part of the video series, Albert takes viewers on a bike fitting with the ergonomics experts from Ergon, shows how the photo shoot took place in his own four walls and what he was able to learn during the riding technique training organised for the BIKE Mission 3000. The camera also accompanies him on a fitness test with the bike to determine his individual training zone.

Parts II and III will soon be available here on bike-magazin.de.
