Albert has recorded his experiences on the BIKE Mission 3000 in his own video documentary. Part II of the video series is also all about preparing for the big goal: Albert's very first mountain bike tour with 3000 metres of altitude.

BIKE reader Albert is not only a mountain bike returnee, but also a family man, full-time professional, member of the volunteer fire brigade, astrophotographer and sports archer, as well as a video creator. On his YouTube channel @bertloutdoor, he shares his experiences as part of the BIKE Mission 3000, where the 39-year-old takes viewers into his world of adventure on the way to his first 3000 metres of altitude in one route.

Albert's video documentary on Mission 3000 Part II

In the first video of the four-part series, you could follow Albert on his entry into Mission 3000. After a professional bike fitting and the first bike lap to determine his fitness level, Albert documents the evaluation of his fitness test in Part II. He also gives a detailed insight into his training plan and presents his training control programme. Albert also captured the riding technique training with Peter Brodschelm from Fahrtwind in the Bikepark Samerberg on film. The video also provides a look behind the scenes of a BIKE photo production and Albert presents his equipment for the big final day. Be sure to take a look!
