The bags in third place are from Acid, Cube’s own brand. Our set consists of the following four bags: Pack Pro 15 Saddle Bag, Pack Pro 3 frame bag, Top Tube Bag Pack Pro 07 and Pack Pro 15 Handlebar Bag.

  • Weight: 1.9 kilograms
  • Conclusion: Acid is Cube’s own brand and offers great value for money. The saddle and handlebar bags, which feature roll-top closures, can be removed from their mounts – a handy feature that reduces loading times. Weighing just under two kilos and with a capacity of 34 litres, this set is one of the heaviest in the test.

2nd place: Tailfin

  • Conclusion: The most expensive and heaviest set in the test is indestructible and built for continuous use. Even when fully loaded, the bike remains very stable to ride, and the luggage is well protected. It takes a little longer to set up initially, but once in place, the handlebar and rear panniers are very easy to attach and remove.
