Once upon a time, in a forest behind the many mountains, Rose Wurzelmüller set out in search of a new path through the woods... Okay, it's 2024, then: In a bike park, hidden in the woods, Rose Root Miller sets off in search of a new trail. And now, after the linguistic update, our real story begins: the Trail bike Rose Root Miller has a makeover after about 4 years get.
New design, optimised geometry and a few features: Rose is launching the Root Miller with 4 updated model variants and the colours "Matt Lava Orange", "Blue Haze" and "Plaster", with the latter reserved exclusively for the high-end version. The full-suspension mountain bike is available in four sizes (S, M, L, XL) and from a price of 2199 euros.
The centrepiece of the further development of the Root Miller is the aluminium frame: With 15 millimetres more reach and a steering angle that is now two degrees slacker at 64 degrees, the new geometry should offer maximum riding fun on flow trails as well as on demanding, steep descents.
The front now has 160 millimetres of suspension travel instead of the previous 150 millimetres, which offers additional reserves in rough terrain. The 150 millimetres of travel at the rear, the setup with 29-inch wheels and the weight from 15.2 kilograms remain unchanged.
New features: The rear derailleur is now mounted on the frame with UDH standard and internal cable routing in the head tube ensures a clean, modern look.
Rose has also brought the equipment up to date: the basic Rose Root Miller 1 is equipped with high-quality Rockshox and Sram components. The Root Miller 3 once again comes with Fox Factory Kashima suspension for the trails.
The Bocholt-based company has really gone to town with the top-of-the-range model for 4999 euros: The Root Miller 4 leaves nothing to be desired with a Rockshox Lyrik Ultimate Flight Attendant suspension fork, the Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate Flight Attendant rear shock, a Sram X0 AXS Transmission drivetrain, Sram Code Silver Stealth brakes and a Sram Code Silver Stealth drivetrain. Newmen Beskar wheels.
