In addition to the new Raze The lightweight carbon enduro bike Mondraker Foxy an update. The frame has been fundamentally revised and, in addition to the look, the geometry has also been slightly modernised. Depending on the model, the head angle has been slackened from 66 to 65 or 64 degrees and the bottom bracket is slightly lower.
For the first time, the Foxy now also offers the option of adjusting the geometry via a flip chip in the rear triangle. If required, the chainstays can be lengthened from 435 to 445 millimetres, the bottom bracket can be lowered by five millimetres and the rather long reach of the fast-forward geometry can be shortened by four or five millimetres.
With this and the more aggressive tyres, the Foxy should be even more plush on the trail in rough sections than its predecessor, especially as the XR model will be available from dealers with a golden 170 mm Öhlins fork. Two other variants come with 160 mm forks from Öhlins or Fox. The characteristic curve of the revised rear suspension is more progressive in favour of better bottom-out protection.
For the time being, the new bike will only be available in carbon, the aluminium model will remain as before. The Mondraker Foxy Carbon is already equipped with the in-house Chassis analysis tool MIND equipped. The prices range between 5499 and 9499 euros, the weights according to Mondraker between 14.1 and 12.9 kilograms.
