Castelli Corretto collection: Espresso with grappa - in a new design

The collection is inspired by the Venetian Caffè Corretto, an espresso with a shot of grappa. Andrew Montgomery, Product Line Manager at Castelli, explains: "We wanted to take everything we love about our Espresso apparel - the versatility, breathability and comfort - and add even more energy." The graphics move across the body and are designed to express speed and dynamism.

Corretto Jersey

The short-sleeved jersey uses contrasting fabrics on the body and sleeves to improve breathability and aerodynamics in various areas. The contoured collar is designed to provide a better fit around the neck. The Castelli Scorpion logo sits under the arm and is visible when the rider is riding in the lower handlebar position. Three rear pockets plus a fourth with zip provide storage space. The YKK Vislon zip runs the entire length of the jersey and a silicone waistband at the hem keeps the jersey in place. The operating temperature range is 18 to 35 degrees Celsius.

The men's version weighs 124 g and is available in four colours: Ultraviolet/Purple Mist, Ivory/Clay, Elmwood/Pink Giro and Belgian Blue/Neon Cobalt. The women's jersey weighs 118 g and comes in Vivid Orange/Violet Pink, Elmwood/Pink Giro, Winter Sky/Hot Sauce and Ivory/Clay. The price is 160 euros >> available here.

Long sleeve version

The Corretto LS Jersey uses the same fabrics and cut as the short-sleeved version. The long sleeves make it the choice for cooler spring or autumn days. The features are the same as the short-sleeved model with three back pockets plus zip pocket, YKK zip and silicone waistband. The temperature range is 15 to 30 degrees Celsius.

The men's version weighs 140 g and is available in four colours: Brilliant Pink/Belgian Blue, Elmwood/Neon Cobalt, Ivory/Clay and Black/Pink Giro/Silver Moon. The women's model weighs 134 g and comes in Pink Giro/Elmwood and Paprika/Winter Sky. The price is 170 euros >> available here.
