The weather hoodie from Poc is warm and very comfortable to wear, we liked the cut. The outer material can withstand small rain showers and the waterproofing is environmentally friendly. So everything good? Here's whether we can recommend the Poc Mantle Thermal bike hoodie.

The weather hoodie from Poc is very comfortable to wear thanks to its stretch material and the cut was to our liking (height: 1.78 metres, size M). The outer material is water-repellent and can withstand even small rain showers.

Good for the environment: a CFC-free DWR coating is used here. Also good: the zip pocket on the back and the small opening on the chest, which serves as a goggle holder.

However, the disadvantage of hoodies is their narrow range of use. Jackets with zips can be opened when it gets too warm, hoodies can only be opened a little. I often got too warm on the trail with the POC hoodie - perhaps zip openings at the armpits would have helped here.

In shortI reached for my weather jacket more often than the POC hoodie.

By the way: I've received a lot of compliments on the colour. But it's also available in black.
