Vittoria is expanding its gravel tyre range with a new model for versatile applications. According to the manufacturer, the Terreno T50 Mixed Gravel Endurance is the first of three new tyres. The T50 forms the bridge between the Terreno Dry (from July 2025: Terreno T30 Fine Loose) and the Mezcal (from July 2025: Terreno T70 Coarse Loose). According to the manufacturer from Brembate near Bergamo, this is a response to the increasing demand for bicycle tyres that offer good performance on both firm ground and mixed terrain.
The tread of the new Vittoria Terreno T50 Mixed Gravel Endurance has a new sipe structure on the tread. The densely packed lugs are designed to roll easily on firm paths or the road. In combination with grippy side lugs, the new Terreno T50 is also designed to provide control and safety in corners on looser surfaces.
When designing the Terreno T50, Vittoria also focusses on durability and puncture resistance. The tyre has a reinforced nylon sidewall, which provides protection against punctures and increases stability.
The Endurance rubber compound with graphene additive makes the Tyres particularly resistant to wear and tear. An additional puncture protection belt and reinforcement in the bead area are intended to further improve durability.
The Vittoria Terreno T50 gravel tyre is available in three sizes: 700x40c, 700x45c and 700x50c. All variants are tubeless-ready (TLR) and are specified as having a 100 TPI (Threads Per Inch) carcass.
All sizes are available with a classic black sidewall, two versions are also available with a brown sidewall (tan wall). The price of the Vittoria Terreno T50 mixed Gravel Endurance is 58.95 euros.
