FSA is presenting the new NS SIC handlebar/stem unit, a high-performance integrated cockpit version designed for cross-country and trail riding and focussing on comfort and control. In addition, there is a carbon wheelset, which is said to have its strengths particularly in the all-mountain application area. Incidentally, SIC stands for "Stable Integrated Cockpit".
The FSA NS SIC Integrated Handlebar is made from lightweight carbon fibre material and is designed to provide a stiff and reliable feel that should improve steering precision. With a width of 760 mm and a backsweep of 9° and an upsweep of 5°, the aim is to provide stability on technical trails while maintaining riding comfort on longer rides, according to the manufacturer.
The FSA NS SIC handlebars are available in two stem lengths: 60 mm and 80 mm. The handlebar-stem unit has a rise of 5 mm - this is intended to create an optimum balance between comfort and control. This gives you confidence both when tackling technical terrain on uphills and on fast descents.
The new FSA NS SCi30 wheelset was developed for all-mountain enthusiasts. Reliability and a good price-performance ratio paired with advanced FSA technology should form an overall package that emphasises durability and versatile performance.
The NS SCi30 wheelset from FSA is suitable for both all-mountain and enduro riding. It is also compatible with e-MTBs. The rims are made of carbon fibre and are equipped with a hookless design. With an inner width of 30 mm, they offer sufficient support for wide tyres, which should increase grip and stability in technical terrain. According to FSA, the 22 mm deep full carbon rim is robust enough to cope with demanding trails, but remains light enough to ensure manoeuvrable handling.

The FSA NS SCi30 are handmade. This is to ensure optimum balance and durability. The wheels feature aero spokes in a 28F/28R direct-pull configuration to improve strength and aerodynamics. At the centre of these wheels is the FSA aluminium alloy freehub body with 6 pawls. This is designed to ensure smooth engagement and compatibility with 12-speed Shimano and Sram drivetrains, according to FSA.
