Trek Precaliber 20

The "Precaliber 20" model from the "Trek" brand, released in 2022, is a children’s bike designed for young cyclists taking their first steps on two wheels. The frame is made from Alpha Silver aluminium and is specifically designed as a 20-inch children’s frame, ensuring a robust yet lightweight construction. The bike weighs 9 kg in total and is designed to carry a maximum load of up to 36 kg.

The Precaliber 20’s braking system consists of aluminium V-brakes at both the front and rear, which are specially designed for children’s hands. The fork is made of steel and features a threadless 1 1/8" steerer tube, which contributes to the bike’s stability and durability. The pedals are Kids Satellite with a 9/16" thread, making them particularly child-friendly.

The stem is a Bontrager Approved aluminium model with a clamp diameter of 25.4 mm, a rise of 15 degrees and a length of 60 mm. The headset system consists of adjustable ball bearings and is threadless.

The tyres are Bontrager XR1s with a wire bead and a size of 20 x 2.25 inches, with a TPI of 27. The saddle is padded and specially designed for children, featuring an integrated seatpost and a handle for added safety and comfort. A side stand is also included for convenient parking.
