Trek Powerfly 4 625w Gen 4

The "Powerfly 4 625w Gen 4" model from Trek, released in 2023, combines advanced technology and high-quality components at a price of 3999 EUR. The frame is made from Alpha Platinum aluminium and features a removable integrated battery (RIB), a tapered head tube, internal Control Freak cable routing, Motor Armor and Boost148 with a 12 mm thru-axle. The maximum rider weight is 136 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 24 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Tektro brakes at the front and rear, featuring a 6-hole disc mount and 203 mm brake discs. The drivetrain is operated via a Shimano Deore M4100 10-speed shifter. The SR Suntour XCM 34 fork features a coil spring with adjustable preload, lockout, a tapered steerer tube and 44 mm offset, as well as Boost110 and a 15 mm thru-axle with 120 mm of travel.

The pedals are VP-536 nylon platform pedals. The crankset is an FSA Bosch CK-220 with 36 teeth and a crank arm length of 165 mm. The cassette is a Shimano Deore M4100 with 11–46 teeth, also 10-speed. Power is transmitted via a KMC X10 chain designed for a 10-speed cassette.

The wheelset consists of Bontrager Connection hollow-section rims with an internal width of 20 mm and Presta valves. The front hub is a Formula DC-511 with a 6-hole disc mount, whilst the rear hub is a Bontrager aluminium hub with sealed bearings, an aluminium axle, a 6-hole disc mount and a freehub compatible with 8/9/10-speed cassettes.

The saddle is a Bontrager Commuter Comp, mounted on a Bontrager aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm, a 12 mm offset and a length of 360 mm. The saddle is secured using a bolt-on clamp with a diameter of 36.4 mm.

The motor is a Bosch Performance Line CX Smart System with a magnesium motor housing and a torque of 85 Nm. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube with a capacity of 625 Wh and is also part of the Smart System. The display is the Bosch Intuvia 100, which is also part of the Smart System. The charger is a standard Bosch charger with a current of 2 A and a voltage of 230 V.

The packaging dimensions are 23 mm wide, 119 mm high and 201 mm long.
