Stevens E-Bormio Forma

The “E-Bormio Forma” model from Stevens, launched in 2023, offers a wide range of technical specifications and features that make it an attractive e-bike for a variety of uses. The frame is made from robust 6061 aluminium, which contributes to the bike’s stability and durability. The maximum load capacity is 140 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 24 kg.

The braking system features Shimano BR-MT200 brakes at the front and rear, operated by Shimano BL-MT200 brake levers. The brake discs measure 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear (Shimano SM-RT30), ensuring reliable braking performance. The derailleur is a Shimano Deore Shadow+ RD-M5130-GS with 10 speeds, operated via the Shimano Deore SL-M5130 shifter.

The E-Bormio Forma’s fork is an SR Suntour NX1-Coil LO with 63 mm of travel, which provides additional comfort on uneven terrain. The bike is lit by the Trelock I Veo front light and the Trelock Duo Flat rear light. The pedals are ATB Alu Pro Reflex.

Power is provided by the Shimano Steps E5000 motor in combination with the Shimano Steps BT-E8010 battery, which has a capacity of 504 Wh. The display is the Shimano SC-E5000, which clearly shows all relevant information. The crankset is the Shimano FC-E5010 and the bottom bracket is also from Shimano Steps.

The cassette is a Shimano CS-LG400-10, compatible with the 10-speed drivetrain. The handlebars are Oxygen E-Scorpo, 680 mm wide, and the stem is an adjustable Oxygen Versa II. The headset is the STEVENS AH 1 1/8".

The rims are Oxygen RM-26 Disc (26 x 622) at both the front and rear, and the tyres are Schwalbe Marathon (47-622), which are renowned for their durability and puncture resistance. The hubs are Formula CL-51 at the front and Formula CL-52 at the rear. The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola Lady, fitted to an Oxygen E-Scorpo seatpost.

Additional features include SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime Eco IMM luggage rack. The price for this model is 2,599 EUR.
