Scott Speedster Gravel 10

The "Speedster Gravel 10" model from the "Scott" brand, released in 2023, is a versatile gravel bike designed for both challenging off-road adventures and longer rides on mixed terrain. Priced at 2999 EUR, this bike offers a wide range of high-quality components and technical features, making it an attractive choice for keen cyclists.

The Speedster Gravel 10’s frame is made from Speedster Gravel Disc / D.Butted 6061 alloy and has been specifically developed for gravel riding. The SCOTT Gravel geometry ensures a balanced riding position, whilst the replaceable derailleur hanger and internal cable routing provide a clean look and easy maintenance. The frame is also compatible with the Syncros mudguard kit. The bike’s maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 10 kg.

The bike is suitable for riders between 160 cm and 170 cm in height. The braking system consists of the SRAM RIVAL eTap AXS HRD Shift-Brake System, fitted to both the front and rear, with SRAM Paceline 160 mm brake discs for powerful and reliable braking performance. The gear system is also from SRAM and consists of the RIVAL XPLR eTap AXS 12-speed electronic shift system, which enables precise and fast gear changes. The crankset is a SRAM RIVAL 1 WIDE crankset with 42 teeth, whilst the cassette is a SRAM XPLR XG1251 with a 10–44 tooth range.

The Speedster Gravel 10’s fork is a Speedster Gravel HMF Flatmount Disc, fitted with an eccentric carbon steerer tube and featuring 50 mm of fork offset. The bottom bracket is a SRAM DUB PF ROAD 86.5. The handlebars are aluminium Syncros Creston 2.0 X with a diameter of 31.8 mm, and the stem is a Syncros RR2.5 with a length of 83 mm.

The wheelsets consist of Syncros Race X25 Disc rims with black 2 mm spokes and Formula Team XDR CL Disc hubs, each with 28 spokes at the front and rear. The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Bite Performance in size 700x45C, which provide excellent grip and comfort on a variety of surfaces.

The saddle is a Syncros Tofino Regular 2.5, mounted on a Syncros RR2.5 seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 300 mm. The bike’s gross weight is just 14 g more than the stated total weight.

The bike’s geometry comprises a reach of 378 mm, a stack of 528 mm, a seat tube length of 490 mm and a top tube length of 523 mm. The head tube angle is 70 degrees, the seat tube angle 75 degrees, the head tube length 103 mm and the chainstay length 435 mm. The bottom bracket drop is 71 mm, the standover height is 762 mm, the fork installation height is 399 mm and the wheelbase is 1027 mm. The bottom bracket height is 283 mm.
