Scott Scale RC 400 Pro

The "Scale RC 400 Pro" model from Scott, released in 2021, is a high-quality mountain bike characterised by its carefully selected components and robust construction. The bike’s frame is made from JR24 susp Disc light, 6061 alloy, featuring a curved top tube and a semi-integrated head tube. Weighing just 9 kg, the bike is lightweight yet sturdy.

The Scale RC 400 Pro’s braking system comprises Shimano BR-MT500 brakes, combined with Shimano BL-MT501 brake levers and a Shimano SM-RT66 160 mm front brake disc, ensuring reliable and powerful braking performance. The drivetrain is a Shimano Deore RD-M5100 11-speed system, which, together with the Shimano Deore SL-M5100-R shifter, enables precise and smooth gear changes.

The bike is fitted with an SR Suntour XCR Air fork, which offers 63 mm of travel and thus provides good shock absorption on uneven terrain. The cassette is a SunRace CSMX8 with 11 speeds and a range of 11–42 teeth. The drivetrain is completed by a KMC X11EL chain. The handlebars are Premetec 6019F flat bars with a 25.4 mm clamp and a width of 580 mm, complemented by Syncros Youth 100 grips. The stem is a LEADTEC LCS-7091 with a length of 50 mm and a 25.4 mm clamp. The headset is a Feimin FP-H809 with sealed bearings.

The rims are Alexrims MD19 disc rims, fitted with Schwalbe Rocket Ron Evolution ADDIX Speed tyres in size 24x2.1". The hubs are: front – Formula DC-140-F with quick-release, and rear – Formula DC-38-R with quick-release, connected by black 15G UCP spokes. The saddle is a Syncros Future Pro, mounted on an Alloy 2014 seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 300 mm without offset.
