Scott Addict Gravel 30

The 2022 Scott Addict Gravel 30 is a versatile gravel bike designed for a wide range of riding conditions. Priced at 2799 EUR, this model offers a combination of high-quality materials and advanced technology.

The Addict Gravel 30’s frame is made from Addict Gravel Disc HMF carbon and is specifically designed for gravel riding. It features typical gravel geometry, a replaceable derailleur hanger and internal cable routing. The frame is also compatible with the Syncros mudguard kit. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 9 kg, making it a lightweight yet robust companion.

The braking system consists of Shimano BR-RX400 hydraulic disc brakes, fitted with 160 mm Shimano SM-RT70 CL brake discs at both the front and rear. These ensure reliable braking power in a wide variety of conditions. The gear system is supported by Shimano GRX RD-RX810 components with 22 speeds, using Shimano GRX ST-RX600 Disc shift levers. The front derailleur is a Shimano GRX FD-RX810-F, and the crankset consists of a Shimano GRX FC-RX600-11 with a gear ratio of 46x30T. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG700 with a range of 11–34.

The fork on the Addict Gravel 30 is an Addict Gravel HMF Flatmount Disc with an eccentric 1 1/4"-1 1/2" carbon steerer tube. The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-RS500 PB. The handlebars are aluminium Syncros Creston 2.0 X with a diameter of 31.8 mm, whilst the stem is a Syncros RR2.0 with a length of 83 mm. The headset is an Acros AIF-1112.

The tyres are Schwalbe G-ONE Bite Performance in size 700x45C, fitted to a Syncros RP2.0 Disc wheelset. The saddle is a Syncros Tofino Regular 2.0 Cutout, and the seatpost is a Syncros Duncan 1.0 Aero.

The bike’s geometry is also well thought out: with a seat tube length of 477 mm, a top tube length of 518 mm and a head tube angle of 70 degrees, the bike offers a comfortable riding position. The seat tube angle is 75 degrees, and the head tube length measures 95 mm. The chainstay length is 425 mm, the bottom bracket drop is 71 mm and the fork offset is 50 mm. The standover height is 759 mm, the fork installation height is 399 mm and the wheelbase measures 1009 mm in total. The bottom bracket height is 283 mm.
