Lapierre OVERVOLT AM 7.7

The "OVERVOLT AM 7.7" model from Lapierre from 2024 is a high-performance e-mountainbike designed for demanding trail adventures. With a price tag of EUR 6199, it offers high-quality equipment and modern technology. The frame is made of Overvolt AM Bosch Supreme 5 Alloy, which ensures robustness and durability and enables a permissible total weight of 120 kg.

The bike's brakes are SRAM G2 RE with 220 mm at the front and 200 mm at the rear, which ensure reliable braking performance. The gearing is a SRAM GX Lunar Eagle with 12 gears, which enables precise shifting. The Rockshox ZEB Base Rush RC fork with 170 mm travel and the Rockshox RS Deluxe Sel R shock (230x60 mm) offer excellent suspension performance for rough terrain.

The bike is equipped with VP VPE-527 pedals, while the crankset consists of an E13 E-spec Plus Bosch CX Gen4, with a length of 160 mm for sizes S and M, and 165 mm for L and XL. The cassette is a SRAM PG1230 Eagle with a gradation of 10-50T and is also part of the 12-speed SRAM NX Eagle Powerlock groupset.

The handlebar is a Lapierre Thirty Five Alloy 6061 DB with a width of 800 mm and a rise of 30 mm. It offers a backsweep of 8° and an upsweep of 6°, with a diameter of 35 mm. The grips are anodised Lapierre grips, available in two diameters: small for S/M and large for L/XL.

The stem is also made of Lapierre Thirty Five Alloy, has an angle of 0° and a length of 35 mm for sizes S and M, and 45 mm for L and XL. The headset is an FSA NO.55R/57E in anodised black, suitable for sizes from 1-1/8" to 1.5".

The tyres are SCHWALBE MAGIC MARY Evo, Super Trail (62-622) at the front and SCHWALBE BIG BETTY Evo, Super Trail (65-584) at the rear, mounted on a Lapierre eAM+ Alloy wheelset. The saddle is a Fizik Terra Aidon X5 with a width of 145 mm, combined with a Lapierre dropper seatpost, which offers a different stroke depending on the frame size: 100 mm (S), 130 mm (M), and 150 mm (L, XL), operated via a Shimano lever.

The drive is supported by the Bosch Performance CX BES3 motor, controlled via the Purion 200 display. Power is supplied by a powerful battery with a capacity of 750 Wh, which enables long rides without frequent recharging. This e-mountainbike combines modern technology with a high level of riding comfort and is ideally suited for demanding off-road adventures.
