Lapierre EDGE 2.7

The Lapierre EDGE 2.7 model from 2024 offers a solid spec at an attractive price of 499 EUR. The frame is made from Edge 27.5" Supreme 5 aluminium and is designed for disc brakes, ensuring a modern and clean look thanks to the internal cable routing. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg, which is sufficient for most riders.

Braking performance is provided by 160 mm Shimano MT200 disc brakes at both the front and rear. The bike is fitted with a Shimano Tourney 7-speed groupset, complemented by a Shimano Tourney front derailleur with three chainrings. The RST Gila fork offers 100 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride on a variety of surfaces.

The bike is fitted with Xerama SP-400 pedals, and the bottom bracket has a length of 124.5 mm. The tyres are MITAS V85 OCELOT, measuring 27.5" x 2.10", fitted to Shimano HB-TX505 hubs and AB X-630 aluminium rims, providing a robust and reliable wheel set. The saddle is from XLC and is held in place by an XLC aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm and a length of 400 mm.
