KTM ULTRA FUN 27

The 2020 "ULTRA FUN 27" model from KTM is a mountain bike that impresses with its high-quality components and robust build. The frame is made from AL6061 aluminium and is specifically designed for 27.5-inch wheels, offering a good balance between stability and manoeuvrability.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 2-piston calipers, which operate reliably even in challenging conditions. The bike is fitted with the Shimano Deore XT M772-9 SGS Shadow groupset, which ensures precise and rapid gear changes. This is supported by the Shimano Altus SL-M201 9-speed shifter and the Shimano Alivio M4 SS front derailleur, both of which are renowned for their durability and reliability.

The suspension fork is a 27.5-inch Suntour SF15-XCM HLO DS with 100 mm of travel, which effectively absorbs bumps on rough terrain and provides extra comfort. The Shimano Altus MT101 crankset, with its three chainrings (40-30-22), offers a wide range of gear ratios suitable for both climbs and fast descents.

The ULTRA FUN 27’s cockpit consists of a KTM Comp Rizer 15 handlebar, 660 mm wide, and KTM Comp Lock grips, 131 mm long. The stem is a KTM Comp with a 12° angle, which ensures a comfortable riding position.

The front and rear tyres are Schwalbe SMART SAM K-Guard in size 54-584 (27.5x2.10), which provide good grip and low rolling resistance. The wheelset consists of KTM Line hubs (Shimano HB-TX505 32HCL QR) and Remerx ROCKY DISC rims (32H 584x21), connected by RM 2.0 INOX spokes.

The saddle is a KTM Line MTB, which, in combination with the KTM Comp seatpost (27.2/350 mm), ensures a comfortable riding position.
