Kreidler Vitality Eco 7

The 2022 Kreidler Vitality Eco 7 is an e-bike priced at 2,999 EUR, placing it in the mid-range price bracket. It features a 6061 aluminium frame that fully integrates the Bosch battery, bringing the bike’s total weight to 27 kg. The e-bike is powered by a third-generation Bosch Active Line Plus mid-drive motor with an output of 250 watts. Power is supplied by a fully integrated Bosch lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 400 Wh, offering a voltage of 36 volts and a capacity of 11.0 Ah. Operating the e-bike is made easier by the Bosch Purion display.

Road safety is ensured by Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, with 180 mm discs at the front and 160 mm at the rear. The brake levers are Shimano Altus 3-finger levers. The Shimano Nexus 8-speed hub gear system with coaster brake allows for simple and reliable gear selection, controlled via a twist grip. The aluminium Suntour NEX fork, with 65 mm of travel, provides additional comfort on uneven roads.

The lighting system consists of a Herrmans MR Go front light with a luminous intensity of 30 LUX and a parking light function, as well as a Trelock LS 654 rear light, which also features a brake light function. The Marwi SP-823 pedals, a Miranda aluminium crankset with a 38-tooth KMC chainring and a 19-tooth Shimano sprocket contribute to the drivetrain’s efficiency.

The handlebars are 600 mm wide and fitted with Herrmans DD37 grips, which are secured by screw clamps. The angle-adjustable aluminium stem allows for individual adjustment of the riding position. The Schürmann YAK19 Disc aluminium hollow-section rims are fitted with Schwalbe Citizen tyres, which are size 47-622 and feature a reflective coating.

Further features include a Selle Royal Essenza saddle, mounted on a suspension-equipped Kind Shock KSP-630 seatpost, as well as SKS plastic mudguards and a Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand. The aluminium luggage rack is strut-free and fitted with a spring-loaded flap, offering additional functionality.
