Kreidler Vitality Eco 6 Cross

The "Vitality Eco 6 Cross" model from Kreidler, launched in 2020, is a versatile e-bike available at a price of 3,149 euros. It combines modern technology with high-quality components to deliver reliable performance on both urban roads and rural paths. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and features a semi-integrated Bosch motor, resulting in a total weight of around 25 kg.

Braking performance is provided by the Shimano BR-MT200 braking system with 180 mm discs, whilst the brake levers are also from Shimano – specifically from the Altus series, featuring 3-finger levers. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore groupset, together with Shimano Acera shifters, enabling precise and reliable gear selection.

The aluminium Suntour XCM_ATB suspension fork ensures comfort and control when riding on uneven surfaces. Lighting is provided by the Herrmans MR Go front light with 30 LUX and a parking light, as well as the Herrmans H-Trace rear light with a parking light. The drivetrain consists of the KMC E9 Sport EPT, whilst the cassette is a Shimano HG200 with 11–32 teeth.

The bike is fitted with a 640 mm wide Promax HB-3188 handlebar, complemented by Herrmans DD37 grips with screw-on clamps. The stem is a Humpert Ergotec Octopus 50, which is angle-adjustable and has a diameter of 31.8 mm. The Acros AZX-212 headset is tapered, which contributes to stability and steering precision.

The Schürmann YAK19 Disc rims, made from hollow-chamber aluminium, are fitted with Schwalbe Marathon Plus MTB tyres, which are size 57-584 and feature reflective strips. The hubs are Shimano HB-TX505 and the spokes are 2 mm thick, which together result in a robust 27.5" wheelset.

The Selle Royal Milo Plus saddle offers comfort for longer rides, supported by a Humpert Ergotec Atar seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 300 mm. The SKS plastic mudguards protect against dirt and water, whilst the Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand makes it easier to park the bike.

The Vitality Eco 6 Cross is powered by a fourth-generation Bosch Performance CX mid-drive motor with an output of 250 watts. The semi-integrated Bosch frame battery has a capacity of 500 Wh at 36 volts and 13.4 Ah, based on lithium-ion technology. The Intuvia display offers a user-friendly interface for controlling the e-bike and displaying key information whilst riding.
